| Penerangan CU | Composite Material Quality Control is the process to qualify and ensure the received materials from supplier to storage, meets the necessary quality requirements in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet and company requirements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) and Technical Notification (TN). The outcome of this competency is to ensure the quality of the received materials meets the quality requirements as per Standard Operating Procedure and job requirements. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend composite raw material quality control data sheet, Standard Operating Procedure, Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM), Technical Notification (TN) and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Acts. The person shall be able to check composite material quality control requirements, prepare material quality control work requirements, carry out materials quality verification and report composite material quality control status in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet, company requirements, standard operating procedure (SOP), Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) and Technical Notification (TN). |
