Penerangan CU | Logistics Customer Service describes the competencies required to provide excellent service according to customer requirements The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify customer information and service requirements, carry out shipping status and transportation routing notification, handle customer grievances/complaints and , cargo discrepancies, coordinate customer shipment pick-up and delivery, prepare service quotation as well as prepare customer service reports. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that customer service is provided in a professional and excellent manner in order to satisfy customers’ expectations and maintain customer retention. |
