| Penerangan CU | Port Regulatory Policies And Procedures Implementation is the competency of recognising and managing the implementation of port related regulatory requirements, policies and procedures as per port operational requirements. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess port regulatory requirements, policies & procedures requirements, organise regulatory fulfilment, policies & procedures familiarisation program, enforce port regulatory responsibilities, policies & procedures and analyse implementation conformance. The outcome of this competency is the ability to enforce regulatory policies and procedures throughout the operations of the port especially maintenance functions. |
