| Penerangan CU | Project Management is the competency to plan and manage resources in order to execute a specific task, event or duty towards project implementation in numerous procurement exercises completion. Project management typically involves a one-time project or various service contracts to support maintenance function and other related capital expenditure projects in line with port expansion program. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess project requirements, prepare project master plan, manage project progress and prepare project management report. The outcome of this competency is the ability to define the goals and objectives of the project, determine when the various project components are to be completed and by whom, and create quality control checks to ensure that completed components meet specified standard & specifications. |
