| Penerangan CU | Port Equipment Maintenance Management is the competency to determine the maintenance requirements objectives, strategies, and responsibilities, and implementation covering maintenance planning, maintenance control and supervision, methodology improvements in meeting specified maintenance target and benchmarking. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse port equipment maintenance requirements, manage maintenance work activities, verify equipment functional / performance test, analyse maintenance work performance, and produce maintenance performance target and maintenance management reports and proposal. The outcome of this competency is to increase productivity and profits through improved maintenance strategies. The major areas of focus maintenance management includes operation interface, operational excellent, zero Lost Time Injury (LTI), inventory control, optimum utilisation, regulatory compliances and quality assurance. |
