| Penerangan CU | Port Equipment Managerial Functions is the competency involving the elements of planning, organising, leading, motivating and controlling which influence maintenance functions. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform staffing administrative activities, perform quality management activities, conduct & attend meeting, perform special project management activities, manage vendor performance and manage customer service activities especially associated with maintenance function. The outcome of this competency is the ability to plan, organise, lead and control management function in line with company’s strategic planning and performance target. |
