| Penerangan CU | Building electrical system operational control is the activities directed to an optimised Building electrical system by monitoring the application of control systems. Working independently under the guidance and direction of the lead, position is responsible is responsible in monitoring and alerts the system. An electrical component includes high tension panel, main switch board, essential main switchboard, sub switch board, distribution board, standby generator and uninterruptable power supply. The person who is competent in building electrical system operation control shall be able to interpret operation schedule, check alarm table status, coordinate troubleshooting progress with specialist in mechanical and electrical department and normalise system operation in compliance with company requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure building electrical system operation well managed to optimised energy utilization and a smart controls system that able to yields significant reductions in operations and maintenance as well as energy consumption and optimize building services, such as, lighting, electrical plug-loads, security, CCTV, access control, audio-visual, as well as occupancy-related systems. |
