| Penerangan CU | Building special features system monitoring and control is the activities directed to an optimised the system by monitoring the application of control systems. Working independently under the guidance and direction of the lead, position are responsible in monitoring and alerts the system. Building special features system includes public address, waste water, irrigation, water features, rain water harvesting, pneumatic, medical gas, liquid pressure gas and refrigeration. The person who is competent in building special features system operation control shall be able to interpret operation schedule, check alarm table status, monitor troubleshooting progress and normalise system operation in compliance with company requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure building pneumatic system operation well managed to optimised energy utilisation. A power transmission system that uses the force of flowing gases to transmit power and provide motive power in a cheaper, safer, more flexible, and more reliable way in compliance with company policies |
