It is also to ensure work efficiency and safe working area practices complied in accordance with company management system policy and regulation. The person who is competent in cargo statistic management function shall be able to confirm data information of cargo operation, analyse information, produce statistical findings and generate port management information system as per organisation rule and policy The outcome of this competency is to enable/achieve successful process of extracting, generating and recording data and other information for management decision making and strategy to conduct cargo handling activities for the port organisation complying with statutory and safety regulations |
