| Penerangan CU | Emergency Response Coordination is a work process of dealing with unforeseen circumstances. All emergency situations under the purview of company’s emergency handling policy must be responded and overcame accordingly as to safeguard company’s assets and customer. The person who is competent in emergency handling shall be able to identify emergency situation requirements, handle car accident, theft and loss of car key, handle car breakdown, handle driver’s health emergency, follow up with emergency respond taken, arrange breakdown vehicle to be returned to depot/ storage area and prepare incident report. The outcome of this competency is to enable trainee resolve emergency situation timely and professionally by adhering to company’s SOP and policy |

Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- 1. Identify emergency response coordination requirements 2. Coordinate vehicle emergency response 3. Coordinate vehicle breakdown response 4. Coordinate driver’s health emergency response 5. Arrange breakdown vehicle to be returned to depot/ storage area / workshop 6. Prepare incident report & insurance claim |
