The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess customer needs, design logistics solution, present logistics solution, offer potential logistics services, resolve customer complaints and evaluate customer relation services effectiveness.

The outcome of this competency is the delivery of outstanding customer services which helps to build long term customer loyalty and ensure business profitability.
