It includes analysing, planning, allocating and monitoring resources mobility to ensure optimum resource deployment. Resources include manpower, tools, equipment and materials and financial resources. . The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse logistics resources requirements, prepare and execute resources plan, and evaluate resources plan effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is efficient and effective deployment of resources to ensure business sustainability and profitability. |
