| Penerangan CU | Seaport security command centre management is the heart of seaport security control and command centre using high security solution delivers a fully-integrated, modular system designed around the port operation using sensors and technologies to provide real-time access to seaport land site movement and vessel movement via an intuitive user interface. It is command and control for complete domain awareness, integration & Intruder detection, digital video surveillance vehicle screening & tracking, perimeter detection, tracking, supervision, security zone management with advanced analytics for seaport security operation. The competency includes assess port security command operational requirements, port security technological compatibility, develop port security command centre operational requirements, conduct port security system familiarisation program, evaluate effectiveness of the operational command centre system and secure system users’ appraisal The outcome of this competency is to enable Land-Side Surveillance, Maritime Surveillance, Port Management & Supervision and Coastal Surveillance are integrated and liaison for security optimization complying with legislation and compliances |
