It is aimed to establish a more open, flexible and caring management style so that staff will be motivated, developed and managed in a way that they can and will give of their best to support organization’ missions

The competency includes analyze port operational manpower requirement, administer manpower staffing requirement, conduct manpower competency development, staff performance evaluation and inter-departmental relation

The outcome of this competency is to enable staffing, compensation, employment and deployment compliances are manage to complied in meeting human resources policy & procedures

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to manage the seaport personnel performance and development roles enabling culture and ethics of deployment are made accountable and planned approach to managing seaport security personnel effectively for performance.
