| Penerangan CU | Athlete welfare and inventive coordination competency unit is to provide the required competency for coordinator to handle athlete welfare and incentive for athlete. The person who is competent in athlete welfare and incentive coordination shall be able to interpret athlete profile, coordinate athlete welfare arrangements, carry out athlete incentive claim and prepare athlete welfare and incentive report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure athlete welfare and incentive is provided and arranged of according to contractual agreements signed by the athlete. |
