Penerangan CU | This CU describes the competency required to administer feedback and complaint from public. It also requires interpersonal skills and good communication to address emerging public issues. Apart of this CU it describes work flow when receiving public issues. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to receive public feedback, confirm sources of feedback, coordinate feedback action plan, evaluate rectification result and produce feedback and complaint report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that all issues and grievances in the hearing and take appropriate action in accordance with standards and guidelines. |
