| Penerangan CU | MSS Installation and Maintenance Supervisors play a major role in every MSS installation and maintenance company and every MSS installation and maintenance project. They are the frontline person on the job, directly supervising technicians and other field workers. They are both the engine and the anchor of the MSS installation and maintenance team, driving it toward effectiveness and efficiency, and stabilizing it with consistency and good judgment. To fill this role, MSS Installation and Maintenance Supervisors need more than experience in the field. They also need supervisory skills in problem solving, planning, estimating, safety supervision, scheduling, controlling costs and resources, and, perhaps most important, managing people . Persons who are competent in this CU shall be able to carry out fifed/mobile MSS installation and maintenance supervision services entrusted to them in accordance with Regulatory Bodies recommendations, OEM’s/Client’s requirements and Contractor’s SOP. | Objektif Pembelajaran | Persons who are competent in this CU shall be able to carry out Static/Mobile MSS installation and maintenance supervision services entrusted to them. Upon completion of this CU, trainees will be able to:- · Supervise fixed/mobile MSS installation. · Perform fixed/mobile MSS post-preventive maintenance quality check. · Diagnose fixed/mobile MSS equipment defects and malfunctions. · Perform fixed/mobile MSS corrective maintenance. · Perform fixed/mobile MSS Units bench tests. · Perform Test Equipment and Measurement Devices calibration process. · Perform TEM and PPE preservation. · Generate fixed/mobile MSS Installation and Maintenance Progress Reports |
