| Penerangan CU | Seaport surveillances deployment is the scheduling / roistering function to monitor the Seaport area including its water limit that may not be totally fenced and a landlocked area of the security fundamental. It is using video analytics solution to secure the Seaport against threats, control zones of seaports are under intense daily pressure to safeguard passengers, facilities and cargo and to keep traffic running smoothly. The deployment of seaport surveillance schedule or identifying early potential risks, breaches, identification for understanding, preventing and reporting in complying with early intervention requirements The person who is competent in Seaport surveillances deployment shall be able organise the rostering and scheduling of the security personnel in manning various security stations within the Seaport area and also for Seaport water limit patrolling. The person shall also be able to locate replacement security personnel should there be unexpected absentees. The outcome of this competency unit is to enable effective roistering and scheduling including optimisation of security personnel that meets the Seaport manpower policies without sacrificing the security of Seaport operation in meeting Seaport users needs |
