| Penerangan CU | Advanced ceramic casting are formulated using formulated slurry with addition of deflocculant and pour into prepared plaster moulds. Product are dried and sintered in furnace to produce a solid shape. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify ceramic casting and sintering requirement, prepare materials, equipment and tools, carry out advanced ceramic casting and sintering production, carry out drying and sintering process and confirm product quality. The outcome of this competency is to be able to ensure flaws and defects are reduced at all stages of the process with precise dimension. |
