The person who is competent in technical administration shall be able to coordinate outsource maintenance of ceramic production tools and equipment, carry out internal equipment repair, monitor safety rules and regulations compliance, conduct in house training, conduct subordinate performance appraisal and carry out outsource procurement process of mould. The outcome of this competency is to be able to provide a more efficient organization of people for the company. |
