| Penerangan CU | Emergency Response Centre (ERC) manning is a competency, which needs the firefighter to man the Emergency Response Centre (ERC) room. This room is the heart of the operation. This is the room where all information comes and conveyed in order to properly manage the whole operation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform check emergency communication system, check Computerized Monitoring System (CMS) equipment functionality, monitor ERC And CMS equipment and record emergency & non-emergency activities according to company’s operating procedure. The outcome of this competency is to maintain the communication across the whole team members. |
