| Penerangan CU | Hazmat (hazardous material) operation is a competency to handle dangerous goods. Dangerous goods include materials that are radioactive, flammable, explosive, corrosive, oxidizing, asphyxiating, bio hazardous, toxic, pathogenic, or allergenic. Also included are physical conditions such as compressed gases and liquids or hot materials, including all goods containing such materials or chemicals, or may have other characteristics that render them hazardous in specific circumstances. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to respond to emergency alert, perform rescue casualties, perform hazardous material handling activities and perform hazardous material area overhauling according to company’s operating procedure. The outcome of this competency is to properly handle the hazardous material in an emergency situation. |
