The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage staff discipline, manage staff development, propose operation budget, organize staff meeting, prepare management report and participate plant operational meeting according to company’s operating procedure. The outcome of this competency is to inculcate managerial skills so that the team is managed professionally in accordance with company’s requirements. |
