| Penerangan CU | Rescue operation management is a competency to manage the whole operation team. It is the leader’s job to ensure the safety of the teams, civilians and property in an emergency situation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to respond to emergency alert, organise Emergency Response Team (ERT), manage rescue operation, verify emergency situation and status, conduct debriefing with ERT and verify emergency report according to company’s operating procedure. The outcome of this competency is to manage team members and the operation so that the operation runs smoothly with minimal damage. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to perform routines work whenever no emergency happened and also supervising subordinates. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Respond to emergency notification • Organise fire fighting team • Manage search and rescue operation • Verify emergency situation and status • Conduct debriefing with fire fighting team |
