| Penerangan CU | Collective bargaining assistance is an assisting functions of a negotiations process between employers and the representatives of a group of employees aimed at reaching agreements that regulate employment terms and conditions. The personnel who are competent in collective bargaining assistance shall have strong negotiation skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and be able to assist to organize collective bargaining session which produced a collectively acceptable collective agreement.
