The personnel who are competent in employment separation management and advisory assistance shall have good interpersonal skills, high Emotional Quality, empathy and be able to carry out exit interview, retrenchment exercise advisory assistance, employee dismissal advisory assistance, and unavoidable separation administration advisory assistance.
