Penerangan CU | Hairdresser customer service management is to ensure above-and-beyond hairdresser services rendered to customer in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and establishment’s policy. Quick response to customer enquiries and the arts of managing customer complain are critical in maintaining customer satisfaction. The personnel who are competent in hairdresser customer service shall be able to identify hairdresser customer services requirement, handle customer special request, manage customer complain, evaluate hairdresser customer services effectiveness and report customer services management activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in customer service management. |
