The person who is competent in sales process flow shall be able to recommend product models, perform product sales activities, process Vehicle Sales Order (VSO), register customer vehicle, inspect vehicle before delivery, deliver customer vehicle, and follow up post-delivery. The outcome of this competency is to create a graphic and textual representation of the steps being used to support the sales organization. |
