Insurance is the equitable transfer of the risk of a loss, from one entity to another in exchange for payment. It is a form of risk management primarily used to hedge against the risk of a contingent, uncertain loss. The person who is competent in Hire Purchase (HP) Processing & Insurance shall be able to explain the HP act requirement, explain insurance requirement and benefit, and explain Data Protection Act (information secrecy). The outcome of this competency is to outline the activities being done in processing the HP and the Insurance for car sales. It is a necessary tool for a Sales Advisor to be able to know and explain to the customer. |
