Penerangan CU | Staff development management is an activity to develop competent manpower in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description. The personnel who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify staff development management requirements department training plan, conduct carry out counselling & motivation session and develop departmental succession plan and evaluate staff development requirements effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description. |
