Penerangan CU | Showroom operation is the process that a customer experiences after entering the dealership. During the showroom experience, allow the customer to direct the sale process using a customer-driven sales approach. It’s build a trusting relationship with customer by finding out how customer wish to be treated, adjusting sales approach to meet customers’ needs, and using the customer-driven sales approach during every step in the showroom experience. The person who is competent in showroom operation shall be able to greet customer upon arriving, assess customer needs, check vehicle selection, present the product, demo the vehicle, trade-in appraisal, price / value discussion, arrange financial product and service, confirm vehicle registration, deliver the vehicle, and exit interview. The outcome of this competency is identifying each of the steps in the showroom experience and the benefits of using a customer-driven sales approach. |
