The person who is competent in sales coaching/ mentoring system shall be able to list the roles, responsibilities and characteristics of professional sales, determine further characteristics of professional sales, manage time, and set sales objective using Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time (SMART) concept. The outcome of this competency is to improving individual and organizations ability to set goals, take action, make better decisions and make full use of their natural strengths. |
