| Penerangan CU | Textile laboratory supervision is a supervising activities related to laboratory operation scheduling, record keeping and reporting within an organisation. This competency is to ensure laboratory operation runs smoothly and to achieve company and laboratory operation targets in accordance with planned schedule, company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and respective quality standard. The person who is competent in this CU must be able to prepare work schedule, maintain laboratory inventory, supervise subordinates performance, conduct subordinates appraisal, conduct on-job training according to laboratory Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and respective quality standard requirements. |
