| Penerangan CU | Premise Hygiene, Safety & Security Handling describe the competency required when monitoring and handling the hygiene, safety and security aspects of the overall premises which include daily inspection of the premise to identify possible risks and threats to the residents such as defects, hazards and obstructions. The person who is competent shall be able to identify premise safety, and security requirement, perform premise safety, and security activities and report premise safety and security activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the premise is free from safety hazards, risks are avoided , safety measures are implemented and safety & security maintained according to organisation Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P)s. |
