| Penerangan CU | Flexoprint (corrugated) production control is the procedure for scheduling, dispatching, and expediting the flow of materials within a production, from the raw state to the finished product, in an orderly and efficient manner and monitoring the entire operational activities. This competency is to ensure production efficiency by controlling the production workflow and monitoring employee performance to meet operation schedules in accordance with planned schedule, job sheet, customer requirements and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in this flexoprint (corrugated) production control shall be able to check production control requirements, organise production resources, monitor flexoprint (corrugated) production and control production wastages according to job sheet and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
