| Penerangan CU | Flexoprint (corrugated) supervision is a set of day-to-day activities related to production scheduling, recordkeeping and reporting within an organisation. This competency is to ensure production runs smoothly and to achieve company and production targets in accordance with planned schedule, job sheet, customer requirements and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in this flexoprint (corrugated) supervision shall be able to prepare work schedule, maintain stock inventory, supervise subordinates’ performance, conduct subordinates’ appraisal, conduct on job training and prepare production report according to company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
