| Penerangan CU | Community development is the process of stimulating and assisting the local community to evaluate, plan and coordinate its efforts to develop/ enhance community well being. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct information gathering on the community, develop mission and vision with community leaders and members, conduct facilitation in establishing implementation mechanism and action plan, implement an action plan and evaluate results of the action plan. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the community development program is carried out effectively through the community work model. |
