The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify scuba dive safety briefing requirement, brief diver before diving, conduct safety briefing, conduct emergency plan briefing and report scuba dive safety briefing to superior. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that all divers are understood on safety and emergency procedure & technique before every dive.
