| Penerangan CU | BHS Sorter Advanced Technology Application is the competency of optimising system performance and reliability by diagnosing and rectifying failure of sorter’s system, parts and components according to manufacturer’s manual and company’s SOP. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess belt carry sorter components, assess tilt tray system components, assess functionality of tilt tray sorter system components, dismantle sorter cart components, assemble sorter cart components, test assembled sorter cart components, dismantle tilt tray system components, assemble tilt tray system components, test assembled tilt tray system components, dismantle tilt tray sorter system components, assemble tilt tray sorter system components, test assembled tilt tray sorter system components, evaluate existing sorter capacity & performance and gather information on latest technology of sorter system. The outcome of this competency is the ability to utilise technological expertise to ensure sorter system performs as it designed and minimise baggage transfer delays for shorter connection times and optimise passenger flow. |
