| Penerangan CU | BHS Screening System Advanced Technology Application is the competency of optimising system performance and reliability by diagnosing and rectifying failure of screening system, parts and components according to manufacturer’s manual and company’s SOP. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess main component for Level 1 screening machine, dismantle conveyor belt components , assemble conveyor belt components, test assembled conveyor belt components, replace level 1 x-ray source, Troubleshoot Central Processing Unit (CPU), assess main component for Level 2 screening work station, troubleshoot Level 2 screening work station, assess main components for Passenger Screening Machine (PSS), replace passenger screening x-ray source, assess main components of Walkthrough Metal Detector (WTMD), troubleshoot Walkthrough Metal Detector (WTMD), evaluate existing screening system capacity and performance And gather information on latest technology of screening system. The outcome of this competency is the ability to utilise technological expertise to ensure screening system functional and perform as it designed and meets operational demands. |
