| Penerangan CU | BHS Control System Technology Application is the competency of optimising control system performance and reliability by diagnosing and rectifying failure of control system according to manufacturer’s manual and company’s SOP. BHS control system handles the entire process from the moment the baggage is set on the inbound conveyor, to the gathering conveyor, through sorting until it arrives at the designated aircraft and onto the baggage carousel after the flight. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess control system components, troubleshoot PLC program, dismantle Automated Bar Code Reader (ATR) components, assemble Automated Bar Code Reader (ATR) components, test assembled Automated Bar Code Reader (ATR) components, dismantle hinge diverter components, assemble hinge diverter components, test assembled hinge diverter components, replace AC Servo Controller / VSD components, coordinate IT infrastructures troubleshooting, evaluate existing BHS control system capacity and performance and gather information on latest technology of BHS control system. The outcome of this competency is the ability to utilise technological expertise to ensure control system functional and perform as it designed and meets operational demands. |
