A person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage manpower planning and staff welfare, manage BHS operations activities, manage BHS maintenance planning, manage annual maintenance budget planning, manage staff development & appraisal, manage quality management, manage meetings and presentations, manage contract process, manage ad-hoc project, manage procurement & vendor process and manage customer service. The outcome of this competency is to enable personnel to plan, organise, lead and control operation in line with company’s strategic planning and performance target. |
