Penerangan CUThis Competency Unit title describes the competency in Customer Feedback Management.

He / She is responsible in designing survey questions, understanding all survey methods available, make comparison on all the methods in terms of (factors); perform Factor-Rating Analysis (matrix) on each method, design and develop CSI Survey Questionnaire.
The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to design customer survey, conduct customer survey feedback, and facilitate Customer Feedback Report

The outcome of this CU is to manage customer survey, design and develop survey accordingly, analyze the data and execute improvement plan efficiently and effectively to achieve organization goal
