Competent personnel shall be able to identify SOP development requirements, prepare SOP documentation information, develop and review SOP and produce SOP documentation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the contents of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are updated and meet the ICAO Standard And Recommended Practices (SARPs) and National Standards. |
