He / She is responsible in preparing training and development strategy, executing action plan and talent development plan, preparing budget, coordinating external resources, implementing change management and improving training performances.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct training and development communication sessions, manage learning and development, develop high potential, implement change management and improve training and development performances.

The outcome of this competency is to manage training activities and performing both strategic and administrative aspects of training as well as practical guidance for the planning and delivery of learning and development activities.
