| Penerangan CU | Car rental reservation is the initial process in car rental operation. This competency unit outlines the procedures and policy in reserving or booking of vehicle. Information on car availability, applied rental rate, rental terms and conditions are expected by customer. The person who is competent in car rental reservation shall be able to identify customer requirement, provide car rental rate, assess customer eligibility, produce reservation confirmation and update car rental reservation record. The outcome of this competency is to enable trainee to handle car reservation and provide customer with adequate information on car rental procedures in accordance with company’s policy. |
