| Penerangan CU | Web post press/ mailing system machine maintenance is to maintain conveyor, stacker and strapper units This competency is to eliminating breakdown, unnecessary repairs and optimizes all the critical planned system so that production can run smoothly and prevent unplanned downtime in accordance with maintenance schedule, machine manual and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in web post press machine maintenance shall be able to check web post press machine maintenance requirement, troubleshoot web post press machine faulty, carry out the maintenance of machine’s component namely conveyor, stacker, and strapper units and update web post press machine maintenance check list according to maintenance schedule, machine manual and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
