Penerangan CU | Indian beverages preparation and production is a process in preparing various types of Indian beverages which include hot and cold beverages. An Indian beverage includes dairy based and fresh fruits. The preparation requires different method and technique signifying Indian beverages consumption. The person who is competent in Indian beverages preparation shall be able to prepare fresh fruit beverages, prepare dairy based beverages, prepare cold beverages and prepare hot beverages in accordance with beverages standard recipe requirement. The outcome of this competency is to ensure types of Indian beverages produced with taste, colour, texture, and aroma and presented in accordance with Indian beverages preparation and production recipe. |
