Penerangan CU | Indian main dishes preparation and production is a process in preparing white rice or Briyani rice served with other dishes usually accompanied with pickled vegetable and papadoms. Indian main dishes cover a range of different recipes that includes Indian soup (rasam), Indian vegetarian, and curry either with chicken, fish, mutton and eggs. The person who is competent in Indian main dishes preparation shall be able to prepare Indian soup (rasam), prepare Indian vegetarian dishes, prepare Indian egg dishes, prepare Indian meat dishes, prepare Indian poultry dishes, prepare Indian seafood dishes and prepare Indian fish curry dishes in accordance with Indian standard main course recipe. The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure Indian main dishes produced meets aroma, taste, texture and presentation in in accordance with Indian main dishes preparation and production recipe. |
