Penerangan CU | Indian restaurant customer’s service describes the activity in front liner food service. These services include hospitality greetings and also provide customer options to consume food in the restaurant. Food services that are available for customers in the Indian restaurant include banana leaves set menu, self-service serving and ala-carte serving. The person who is competent in Indian restaurant customer’s service shall be able to perform customer greeting ethics, provide food service to customer, prepare customer’s billing and clean dining table in accordance with organisational requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that customer are welcome in a good manner and food are being served satisfactorily, sufficiently and presented in accordance with service requirements. |
